A Restaurant Week Retrospective

First the fresh berries are tossed in brown sugar and then they 're sprinkled with balsamic vinegar and black pepper. Trust us, you will absolutely love it. An amazing taste treat for four.

A VERY easy vegetarian meal in a bowl. The combination of garbanzo beans (chick peas) with pasta creates the complex proteins a vegetarian needs. Very palatable for the garlic and tomato lover.

This soup is a very easy, appetizing way to have dinner or lunch! Onions, carrots, green bell pepper, and polish sausages pack a flavorful punch!

These Creole-spiced shell fish morsels make a delicious side dish or appetizer. The key is to use a small amount of crumbled crackers instead of breadcrumbs for a lighter, less-starchy cake.
